About the brewery
Brauerei Montekristo is a unique and authentic German Brauhaus where the passion of Malta meets German expertise in the art of beer-making. Our beer is meticulously brewed, fermented, and matured in-house under the watchful eye of our highly experienced brewmasters. We take pride in creating exceptional craft beer that delights the senses and brings people together in a cosy, inviting atmosphere.
Our beers are also available to take home — buy bottles or refill with any of our selections directly from the brewery.

Our craft brews
Five distinctive beers brewed in-house — from crisp Mediterranean lagers to rich dark ales.
Maltese Lager
Crisp and golden, our Maltese Lager is a clean, refreshing brew perfect for warm Mediterranean evenings. Light-bodied with a gentle hop bitterness and smooth finish.
Maltese Pale Ale
Balanced and aromatic, our Pale Ale showcases bright hop character with a satisfying malt backbone. A versatile everyday beer with plenty of flavour.
Pilsner
Brewed true to the Bohemian tradition — bright, crisp, and distinctly hoppy. Our Pilsner is a crowd favourite with a clean bitterness and lasting head.
Dunkel
Rich and malty, our Dunkel draws on Bavarian dark lager heritage. Expect notes of toasted bread, caramel, and a smooth, full-bodied finish.
Irish Stout
Dark, roasty, and satisfyingly smooth. Our Irish Stout is brewed with roasted barley for a classic dry finish with hints of coffee and dark chocolate.
